These terms govern your use of Waveonic (waveonic.com), a web-based audio meditation product. Waveonic is a trade name of Malaiya Trading B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). By using Waveonic you agree to these terms.

1. What Waveonic is

Waveonic provides composed audio sessions for relaxation, focus, and contemplative practice. It is a wellbeing and lifestyle product. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Health notice

Waveonic uses sound, including binaural and rhythmic audio frequencies, and an optional light feature that pulses with the sound. Do not use Waveonic while driving or operating machinery, or in any situation requiring your full attention. Flashing or flickering light can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy; if you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, do not use the light feature without first consulting a qualified professional. If you have a heart condition, wear a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have any medical or psychological condition, consult a qualified professional before use. Stop using Waveonic if you feel unwell, and seek medical advice. Waveonic is not a substitute for professional care.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your access secure.

4. Free and paid access

Waveonic offers free access and may offer paid plans. Pricing, features, and the boundary between free and paid may change. Where payments apply, they are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details. Any paid terms, billing cycles, and refund conditions will be presented at the point of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Use Waveonic for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the audio, compositions, or underlying system. The sessions, sound, voice, compositions, text, design, and software are owned by Malaiya Trading B.V. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

6. Availability

Waveonic is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malaiya Trading B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Waveonic. Your use is at your own discretion and risk, subject to the health notice above.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
